The location here is fantastic, being near the subway and having supermarkets and convenience stores nearby makes it really convenient.

We liked the hotel, superb and excellent breakfast.

the room was impeccably clean and absolutely perfect, with three single beds. a writing desk and a balcony were important for us. the location in a residential area was marvellous and lovely and there were the main shopping center and convenience stores nearby.

The service was great, the food was decent.

I loved the comfortable bed in the room and the useful amenities like the minibar, satellite TV, and climate control, despite the nearby crying toddler.

Extremely bad location, very small rooms. Seems too, that the 3 stars hotel is rated, not consistent. I personally travel a lot and I would rate this hotel as 2 stars

We really enjoyed people and staff, everything was ready for our trip. To grab a bite visit Ben Tips, it is located close by. Penitents metro station is within walking distance to the place, some 5 minutes on foot.

The hotel was clean and peaceful, just what we had hoped for. the staff was accommodating and the location was magnificent - altogether a really nice experience. - Appreciated food selection, meals were reasonably priced and they have a variety of options.

I think the hotel rooms need updating in decor. The TV was old and I could not watch anything decent in English, there was only News channels, it would have been nice to be able to watch a film in English. If you had the option to change the language on the remote control, you can change the Idioma on Canal + channels and on Digital as well. I also found that I could not communicate with a room, it said to just dial the room number, but this did not work. I was also disappointed that there was not a bidet. O However, my stay was pleasant enough.

Cleaning Service. Cosy and nice place. Located in a quiet district of barcelona about 1 km walk from Parc Guell and about 5 min walk from Metro station Vallcarca. Hotel doesn't have many attractions but it's nice place to stay during barcelona sightseeing.

There was no fridge in the room.

My room had a really comfortable bed, a nice writing table, and even a balcony to chill out on 😊.

The location was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The room was big enough and the air conditioner worked very well. The metro is 5 minutes away and in another 10 minutes you get to the center of the city. Very good free internet connection.

To use the safe you must pay 5 euro / night - rip off ! The staff could be more careful, especially the cleaning ladies. One day they forgot to leave towels in the room and the receptionist didn't bother to carry them to my room. One day we had no warm water without previous notice. We also saw some bugs in the bathroom.

it was an extremely busy holiday weekend when we stayed, but the girl who was on the reception desk for most of that time was exceptionally helpful and calm in the face of it all!

the first room had such a noisy airconditioner that we were unable to sleep, but were moved to a quieter room as soon as we complained the next morning.
